What is your return policy for sports apparel and equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like compression wear cannot be returned once opened.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Rattan hardware and equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
